Owner Services Administrator Arrived, LLC Bend, OR Job Details Full-time $23 - $26 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Phone communication Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description The Owner Services Administrator plays an important support role within the Owner Relations team, helping create a seamless and responsive experience for our homeowners. This position is responsible for coordinating communication, maintaining accurate records, supporting property-related requests, and partnering cross-functionally to keep owner needs moving efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service-driven, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong relationships while balancing multiple priorities.

Paid time off, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Vision insurance, 401(k) Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for homeowner daily questions, requests, and follow-up needs Track, document, and manage owner communication, requests, and service updates within Streamline. Create, assign, and monitor daily work orders to support owner and property needs Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, Revenue, and Guest Services teams to resolve homeowner concerns quickly and professionally Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, property improvements, and vendor scheduling requested by owners Support new homeowner onboarding and property setup through completion. Maintain accurate homeowner records, home notes, documentation, and account details Assist in proactive outreach to strengthen homeowner satisfaction, retention, and trust Help support special projects, portfolio transitions, and process improvements as needed Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or account coordination Experience with Streamline and/or the vacation rental industry is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and warm approach Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities Experience working within property management systems preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment Additional responsibilities as needed to support company Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer. Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds occasionally. Ability to travel frequently to different properties and attend meetings Capacity to handle long hours of work, including extended periods of sitting during meetings, phone calls, and computer work. Ability to engage in conversations over the phone and in person, requiring clear hearing for effective communication. Ability to manage the physical and mental demands of a fast-paced work environment, including handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
