This role is the first impression for our guests — warm, polished, service-minded, and ready to help create an exceptional salon experience. What You'll Do You'll be the hub of the salon — supporting guests, stylists, and operations with professionalism and warmth.

Daily Responsibilities:

You'll receive: A full one-month training program Quarterly team meetings Ongoing coaching and 1:1 support Opportunities to level up your responsibilities and pay Scheduling We need full and part time staff, 20-40 hours per week Must have some scheduling flexibility. We are open 7 days a week from morning till night. We will ask you to commit to a schedule for your first 90 days. Sales experience is helpful but not required — we'll train you.
