As a Lobby Attendant, you're often the first impression and the lasting memory of a guest's stay. The spaces you care for our lobbies, hallways, and public areas are where stories begin and connections are made. Key Responsibilities Ensure lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and all public spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming at all times. Greet guests warmly when appropriate, offering assistance or directions with genuine courtesy. Anticipate guest needs by keeping public areas stocked with necessary supplies and amenities. Promptly remove trash, spills, and clutter to maintain safety and cleanliness. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items accurately and quickly. Follow all sanitation, health, and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment. Support teammates by assisting with special cleaning projects and cross-department needs. Take pride in personal appearance and contribute to a professional, team-focused environment. Who You Are Someone who believes details matter and finds satisfaction in creating welcoming spaces. Friendly and approachable, with a natural ability to make guests feel at ease. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Physically able to meet the demands of the role (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, and walking throughout shift). Flexible to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays. Able to communicate in basic English; bilingual skills are a plus. Prior experience in hospitality or cleaning is preferred—but not required. We welcome those eager to learn.
