Starting Pay:
$15/hour ✨ What You'll Do As part of our Guest Relations team, you will: Welcome guests with friendly, genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure Manage check-ins and check-outs while answering questions and providing support Assist guests with luggage, packages, and transportation support when needed Deliver personalized service to enhance each guest's experience Act as a concierge—offering recommendations, directions, and reservations Answer calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately Communicate effectively with team members using radios when needed Maintain a polished, professional presence at all times Process payments and reconcile daily reports Support business center and lobby upkeep Assist with guest use of amenities, including fitness spaces Follow safety, security, and emergency procedures Submit maintenance and IT requests as needed ✅ What You Bring High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous concierge or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others Professional communication and problem-solving abilities Comfort with basic technology (Microsoft Office, etc.) 🕒
Schedule & Details Part-Time Overnight Shift:
12:00 AM - 8:00 AM every Friday 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM every other Saturday and Sunday 📍
