Join our Guest Services team and become the friendly face that welcomes residents, visitors, families, and team members during our afternoon and evening hours. As a Guest Services Concierge, you'll play a vital role in keeping our community running smoothly by providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests, managing communications, and helping ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who enters our doors. What You'll Do ✨ Welcome visitors, residents, family members, vendors, and team members with warmth and professionalism Manage the telephone system and direct calls efficiently and courteously Monitor building access, assist with visitor sign-in procedures, and support community safety and security Serve as a helpful resource by providing information about Messiah Lifeways' services and programs Connect guests with the appropriate departments and team members to meet their needs Receive deliveries, distribute keys and fobs, and assist with mailroom operations ️ Complete administrative tasks including updating directories, preparing documents, mailings, spreadsheets, and internal communications Respond appropriately to alarms and emergency situations while following established safety procedures Communicate important updates between shifts and collaborate with fellow Concierge team members Create a welcoming and positive experience for every person who visits, calls, or interacts with Messiah Lifeways What Makes You a Great Fit Friendly, professional, and service-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers, phones, and standard office equipment Dependable and detail-oriented Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism Enjoys serving older adults in a mission-driven community Why Join Messiah Lifeways?
