Job Description

Position Summary:
The Marketer/Admissions role is responsible for building, growing, and maintaining the census of our facility. This includes developing strategic sales and marketing plans, increasing the facility's presence on social media, signing admissions into the home, coordinating facility events, and fostering relationships with referral sources to secure quality leads and move-ins.
Essential Functions:
Census Management:
Build, grow, and maintain the facility's census by attracting new residents.
Marketing and Sales:
Develop and maintain strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the facility to referral sources that can provide quality referrals and move-ins.
Social Media Presence:
Ensure the facility is noticed on social media platforms by creating and managing engaging content.
Admissions Coordination:
Manage the admissions process, including signing in new residents and maintaining relationships with their families.
Referral Tracking:
Keep track of all referrals for admissions and record reasons for any referrals that do not result in move-ins.
Lead Generation:
Identify and develop new leads for referrals.
Facility Readiness:
Ensure the facility is prepared for walk-ins and telephone inquiries.
Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate events at the facility to enhance community engagement and visibility.
Other Duties:
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods. Light lifting, with the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
