We are seeking an energetic, organized, and professional Digital Concierge / Showroom Support Specialist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Montgomeryville showroom. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience. You'll help support showroom operations, manage customer interactions, coordinate appointments, and assist our sales and e-commerce teams in delivering the exceptional service that has made World Wide Stereo a trusted name in the industry. What You'll Do Welcome customers and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm. Serve as the first point of contact for showroom guests, creating a positive and memorable first impression. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and digital inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate customer appointments and support showroom scheduling. Maintain visitor logs and assist with administrative and office support functions. Support inventory movement, product transfers, and showroom organization. Ensure product pricing, promotional materials, and brand displays are accurate and current. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment. Assist the Sales and E-Commerce teams with customer follow-up, appointment preparation, and vendor communications. Help coordinate product displays, demonstrations, and showroom events. Contribute to a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support. What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or front-desk support. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong phone etiquette and customer-focused mindset. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
