Job Description

There are two schedules available (pick one): Mondays 4:30pm-7:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm Wednesdays 4:30pm-7:00pm and every other Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Concierge to join our team! In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help create a positive atmosphere within our community. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional service. Duties Greet residents, visitors, and vendors warmly at the front desk with excellent phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Assist with office management tasks such as data entry, filing, and document proofreading Handle calendar management and scheduling for community events or appointments Support administrative functions using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring all office supplies are stocked Qualifications Previous experience in front desk reception or office management preferred Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse community members Demonstrated customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette Clerical experience including typing, proofreading, filing, and calendar management Personal assistant or administrative support experience is advantageous Ability to handle office equipment such as multi-line phones and office machines confidently Join us as a Part-Time Concierge and become an integral part of creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents thrive!
