Luxury Lobby Ambassador/Greeter (Standing Position) Pearl Properties - 4.4 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time $15 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Customer service Word processing High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Productivity software Full Job Description We are seeking a highly professional Lobby/Building Ambassador to join the Front Desk team at a high-end, luxury apartment building in Center City, Philadelphia.
Schedule:
Saturday-Wednesday:
7:00am-3:00pm
Thursday/Friday:
7:00AM-3:00
PM & Saturday/Sunday:
3:00PM-11:00PM The right candidate will perform a diverse range of duties including: Greeting residents and guests by name Opening doors for residents when appropriate Assisting with arrival issues such as giving hands with heavy bags, showing guests to the elevator and escorting visitors to the proper destination Answering phone calls when the Front Desk Attendant is not available to do so Help to manage deliveries to the lobby/mail-room area Facilitating the acceptance of visitors while always ensuring that no unwanted guests gain access to the building. Effectively communicate with other departments of the property operation as needed Thoroughly walk the amenity spaces in the building to ensure that they are always presentable, reporting/fixing issues when they occur. While completing walk-through, greet tenants with a smile and incur on how their day/building experience is going Your central goal is to always provide residents with outstanding customer service and the positive experience they expect in their luxury Rittenhouse Square residence. As the face of our company, a successful candidate will be presentable, polite, and positive, with outstanding people skills and an aptitude for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Able to stand for long hours High School diploma or relevant qualification At least two years' experience in a similar role Strong understanding of customer service and people skills Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs A positive attitude Excellent references
