Description Concierge
  • Limited Part Time Program
  • Cumberland Crossing Manor McCandless , PA
  • Part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Requires availability for at lease 2 shifts per week, Available shift timeframes are 4:30 PM
  • 9 PM Monday through Friday or 8 AM
  • 2 PM and 2 PM
  • 9 PM on
Saturday or Sunday Starting Pay:

Located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, Cumberland Crossing Manor is an assisted living community that is part of the UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. The community offers not only an apartment, but a comfortable and supportive lifestyle in an elegant, home-like setting. The Concierge works as part of the administrative staff to greet visitors, answer questions, and refer inquiries to the appropriate person or department to ensure that visitors and residents are promptly served. The role will also receive and relay telephone messages and refer callers to the correct location to ensure each caller has an excellent customer service experience. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, disciplined, reliable and able to function independently while dealing with residents, visitors and other team members in a calm, professional manner. Requirements for the
Concierge:
R elevant experience in a customer-facing position preferred. Long-term care or health experience preferred. Maintain confidentiality of assignments and work well under pressure of deadlines. Exhibit flexibility in work schedules and the ability to multitask for several individuals. Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with visitors, residents, and team members. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software , the operation of multi-line telephones, and other basic office equipment. APPLY today ; make a difference every day !
