Full Job Description Position:
Patient Concierge and Relationship Specialist About us: We're a specialty dental office serving children and special needs patients of all ages. For this role, no dental/medical experience is required.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a smile Check-in customers and confirm their personal information Cultivate a positive relationship with customers Demonstrate and influence a culture of teamwork Provide exceptional customer service by making the customers the # 1 priority Accurately enter relevant customer data
