  • Tuition Reimbursement Park Lane Post Acute in beautiful West Chester, PA is hiring a Part Time Guest Services team member.
Hours:
11am-7pm
JOB OVERVIEW
The Guest Services team members provide a welcoming, top notch guest experience from admission to discharge. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills while engaging with patients, residents, families, and staff to help ease the transition into our facility. The role includes leading our Ambassador Rounds program, ensuring rooms are ready for admission, helping educate about our services and departments and provide a primary contact for their needs. They act as a liaison between departments and the families and patients. They will help support the admissions process, proactively meet with new admissions, and engage with patients and families to encourage positive reviews and share success stories. Guest Services must be professional, personable, friendly, and able to handle a variety of communication situations as well as administrative tasks and multitask.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Conduct Ambassador Rounds daily to ensure rooms are ready for admission Meet with patients and families upon admission to assist with transition Understand role of staff members and their functions in order to properly address needs Complete various administrative projects as directed by supervisor. Possess appropriate computer skills needed to effectively accomplish required tasks. Support admissions and activities departments with tours, paperwork, and engagement
