Job Description
We are seeking a qualified RCFE Administrator with experience working with Regional Centers and NLACRC services. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, compliance-oriented, and experienced in supporting individuals requiring higher levels of care and supervision. This is a licensed 6-bed RCFE providing personalized care in a safe, home-like environment with RN oversight, dementia care, medication management, hospice coordination, and specialized resident support services. Requirements Active RCFE Administrator Certificate Active RSO Certification with North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) DSP 1 Certification DSP 2 Certification Current BLS Certification Current CPR Certification Current First Aid Certification Valid Health Screening / Health Clearance Current TB Clearance Knowledge of California Title 17 and Title 22 regulations Experience working with Regional Center clients preferred Experience with dementia care, behavioral support, or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to maintain documentation and compliance standards Valid California Driver License preferred
