Assistant to Concierge Telehealth Physician

I am a physician running a growing concierge telehealth practice focused on addiction treatment, mental health care, and general medicine. I am looking for a highly organized, personable, and proactive remote assistant to help support both the day-to-day operations and the continued growth of the practice. This is currently a part-time role requiring only a few hours of work per week, though responsibilities and compensation may grow alongside the practice. The position is compensated as a percentage of practice revenue rather than a fixed hourly wage. My current assistant earns approximately $1,000/month working limited hours, and I expect compensation to grow further as patient volume increases.

Responsibilities include:

Patient correspondence and communication Scheduling appointments Invoicing and administrative support Helping me stay organized Business development and practice growth initiatives A major part of this position is communication. I need someone who is an excellent texter and communicator — someone who can respond promptly and professionally to both me and patients during reasonable daytime hours. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Patients often come to the practice during vulnerable or stressful moments, so warmth, tact, and emotional intelligence matter a lot. I am also looking for someone who wants to actively help grow the practice.

This may include:

Reaching out to physicians, therapists, treatment centers, and drug/alcohol rehabs Building referral relationships for aftercare and ongoing patient management Networking and finding creative ways to increase patient volume Bringing new ideas for outreach, marketing, and operational growth as they arise The ideal person is: Extremely organized and dependable Pleasant, polished, and socially skilled Comfortable communicating with professionals and patients alike Self-directed and entrepreneurial Responsive and reliable without needing constant supervision This is a fully remote position. However, very occasional in-person errands or tasks may be requested from time to time.
