We provide premium homemaker and companion services to seniors and their families across SW Florida.
Our model is concierge-grade:
vetted caregivers, two-hour minimum visits, consistent caregiver assignments, and direct family communication. We are founder-led by an experienced healthcare operator and licensed nurse, and we are building this agency the right way from day one. The Role Aira Seniors is hiring two Senior Care Sales Executives to own client acquisition across our entire four-county footprint. You will cultivate referral relationships with elder law attorneys, aging life care managers, geriatric care managers, concierge physicians, ALF and CCRC marketing directors, hospital and SNF discharge planners, and trust officers across SW Florida.
Your job is straightforward:
bring private-pay companion care clients to our door. This is open hunting. Both Sales Executives can pursue any referral source or family across Collier, Lee, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties. There is no geographic restriction. To prevent channel conflict, we operate a simple referral source registration system: the first rep to log a meeting with a referral source owns that source for 90 days, renewed automatically with continued contact. Clean, transparent, designed to reward activity. This is a 1099 commission-only role. It is not for everyone, and that is by design. If you already have real relationships in the SW Florida senior care ecosystem and you want to monetize them on your own terms, this is the seat for you. Compensation 15% of collected gross revenue on every client you originate , paid monthly for the full first 12 months of each client's service. No cap, no draw against future earnings, no clawback after the 90-day initial period. $1,000 fast-start bonus per client closed within your first 60 days , up to 5 clients. Paid on first invoice collection. That's up to $7,500 in your first quarter on top of trailing commission.
Realistic earnings:
most private-pay companion care clients run $3,500-$6,000/month in service. At a $4,500 average client, every client you close pays you $675/month for a year. Bringing in two new clients per month puts top performers at $7,000-$9,000/month in monthly commission within 9-12 months. Year two earning target for a strong performer: $120K+ What You Bring 2+ years in business development, community relations, marketing, or sales in companion care, senior care, home health, home care, hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing, geriatric care management, or senior placement Existing referral relationships in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Venice, or Sarasota A demonstrated track record of generating private-pay referrals. Be ready to discuss your prior book in the interview. Self-directed and comfortable owning your pipeline without supervision Strong professional presentation. You will be the face of Aira Seniors to attorneys, physicians, and trust officers.
