Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital is hiring a Guest Relations Representative

• Full Time, 8am
• 4:30pm The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members.

Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. Will also cross train on the switchboard Education HS Diploma or GED Experience 1 year of Customer Service Experience Required Talroo
