  • $65,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Opportunities Full-Time | Office-Based / Hybrid Help Shape the Guest Experience for a Luxury Oceanfront Rental Brand OC Beachfront Rentals is seeking a highly organized, hospitality-driven Guest Services Concierge & Operations Associate to join our growing luxury vacation rental company in Ocean City, Maryland.
This is a unique hybrid role that combines luxury guest communications, operational coordination, listing optimization, marketing projects, and business support into one fast-paced, growth-oriented position. We are looking for someone who naturally communicates with professionalism, warmth, urgency, and confidence — someone who can step into conversations with guests and represent our brand at a high level from day one. The Mission of This Role The Guest Services Concierge & Operations Associate serves as a key communication and operations support role within the company. This position combines two primary functions: #1 — Guest Services Concierge You will manage and respond to guest communication across calls, emails, text messages, booking platforms, and general company inquiries. You will help ensure every guest interaction reflects the luxury hospitality standards of the OC Beachfront Rentals brand. #2 — Operations Associate You will assist with operational projects and company initiatives including listing optimization, social media coordination, marketing support, guest retention efforts, and operational support for leadership and management teams. This role requires someone who is: Extremely organized Highly responsive Detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking Professional in communication Naturally proactive Calm under pressure Top Initial Projects Listing Review & Optimization Review property listings, photos, titles, and descriptions Help improve listing quality and presentation through Lodgify and booking platforms Assist with maintaining brand consistency across listings Guest Communication Initiatives Current stay follow-up calls Guest review follow-up outreach Cancellation save and retention calls Helping improve guest satisfaction and conversion opportunities Social Media & Brand Support Assist with TikTok and Instagram management Help support social media initiatives and content coordination Assist with ongoing marketing and company growth projects Key Responsibilities Guest Services & Communication Manage guest communication across phone calls, emails, texts, and booking platform messaging Respond professionally and efficiently to guest inquiries and issues Route operational or maintenance-related items to appropriate team members Assist with guest issue resolution when appropriate Help ensure all communication reflects company hospitality standards Monitor and manage communication queues throughout the day Operations & Administrative Support Assist Operations Manager and leadership team with ongoing operational initiatives Support listing optimization and listing management projects through Lodgify Maintain organization across operational systems and communication channels Assist with tracking tasks, follow-ups, and company initiatives Marketing & Growth Support Assist with social media management and coordination Help support brand presentation and online guest experience Participate in projects that improve company systems, guest experience, and operational efficiency What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Naturally communicates professionally and confidently Can jump into guest conversations with warmth and composure Notices details others miss Is highly organized and responsive Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts Can shift between customer service, operations, and projects seamlessly Takes ownership of tasks and follows through Learns quickly and adapts easily Maintains professionalism under pressure Wants to grow within a rapidly expanding luxury hospitality company Qualifications College graduate preferred Degrees in Communications, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields strongly valued Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service instincts and professionalism Ability to write polished, professional emails and messages without extensive oversight Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable handling high volumes of communication and shifting priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office required (Excel strongly preferred) Experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Lodgify, hospitality systems, or CRM platforms is a plus Social media familiarity (Instagram/TikTok) preferred Preferred Experience Luxury hospitality Hotel or resort operations Guest services or concierge experience Vacation rental operations Customer success or client relations Social media coordination or marketing support Listing optimization experience Experience working in fast-paced service environments Schedule Full-time Office-Based / Hybrid Days/Hours

  • $65,000 base salary depending on experience and qualifications. Company-sponsored health insurance benefits—employer pays 50% premiums
