Western States Lodging & Management is seeking a part-time Inbound Inquiry Response Specialist to support our team during the busy summer season, with ongoing PRN (as-needed) opportunities afterward. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, remote work while making a meaningful impact. What You'll Do As the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and driving occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries from web-based lead sources Qualify and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Build rapport with prospective residents and families Schedule tours and appointments for communities Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams Accurately track and manage leads in company systems Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction What We're Looking For Positive, "can-do" attitude and strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to quickly connect and build trust with others Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with computers and CRM systems Team-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Why Join Us?
