Inbound Sales Closer Kids Parties ($599+ Packages)

Job Overview:

We are not looking for a receptionist. We are looking for someone who can CLOSE deals. Little Princess Spa is receiving a high volume of inbound leads for birthday parties, spa days, and events. Your role is to convert these inquiries into paid bookings ($599+ packages). This role involves managing a consistent flow of inbound leads and converting them into bookings. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and focused on results. This is a hybrid position, requiring both in-person availability at our St. Petersburg location and remote follow-up work.

Responsibilities:

Respond to and manage inbound leads (calls, texts, social media) Follow up consistently until a booking decision is made Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and deposits Guide customers through party packages, spa services, events, and summer camps Assist with in-spa customer interactions when on-site Maintain organized tracking of leads and conversations Maximize booking value by recommending appropriate package,

Requirements:

Strong communication and sales confidence Ability to ask for the sale and handle objections Consistent follow-up habits (no dropped leads) Self-motivated and results-driven Sales or customer service experience preferred Consistent availability between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM is required Must be able to work both on-site and remotely (hybrid role)

Compensation:
