We specialize in natural-looking powder brows, nano brows, lip blushing, and luxury beauty services designed for women who value polished, effortless beauty. Our environment blends beauty, wellness, artistry, and hospitality into one immersive experience. This role is not for someone looking for a basic receptionist position. We are building a brand rooted in luxury service, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and genuine client connection. ⸻ Position Overview We are looking for a Client Coordinator / Beauty Concierge to help manage the client journey from inquiry to booking to follow-up. You will be the first impression of B.Beautë and play a major role in helping potential clients feel seen, educated, comfortable, and excited to book. This role is ideal for someone with:
  • Luxury retail beauty experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales confidence without sounding "salesy"
  • Emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • A love for beauty, wellness, hospitality, and client experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A self-starter mindset Experience in luxury cosmetics, aesthetics, med spa, Nordstrom beauty, Sephora leadership, or high-end customer service is highly preferred. ⸻ Responsibilities Client Experience & Communication
  • Respond to client inquiries via text, Instagram, email, and booking platforms
  • Guide clients through services, pricing, healing expectations, and booking process
  • Maintain warm, professional, luxury-level communication
  • Follow up with leads and past clients
  • Help clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident before booking Sales & Booking Support
  • Convert inquiries into booked appointments
  • Track leads and follow-ups inside our CRM system
  • Assist with deposits, appointment confirmations, and reschedules
  • Support referral and retention initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and rebooking Brand & Operations Support
  • Help maintain a polished luxury client experience
  • Support events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
  • Assist with client organization and administrative tasks

  • 2+ years of customer service, luxury retail, beauty, spa, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience with booking systems, CRM platforms, or client communication preferred
  • Comfortable using Instagram, texting, and online scheduling systems
  • Strong written communication skills
