Job Description
Our growing Home Care company has an opening for an On-Call Coordinator. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and work independently. This is a remote position so it requires someone that can work autonomously and troubleshoot independently. The right person must have a positive attitude and be able to handle high-stress situations on a daily basis and the ability to complete the following tasks: Answering & handling high call volume Detail-oriented Computer Skills/ability to navigate our EMR Handling schedule changes with great urgency as directed by our clients or caregivers Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team approach Answering phone calls during the evenings/overnight and on the weekends 2-3 weeks out of the month.

Must possess excellent customer service skills Must be able to understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by Concierge Care Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively Must have the ability to work independently, maintain the confidentiality of information, and meet deadlines Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with company standards, practices, policies, and procedures Must have the ability to organize and prioritize Must be patient and friendly on the telephone with clients and staff
