Excellent opportunity to join our company and help with our expanding Specialty Pharmacy program! Monday-Friday , full time roles, with schedules between 8:30-5:00pm EST to 10:30-7:00pm CST. Position can work remotely. Starting salary from $23.00 an hour and up
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 for employees starting before July 31, 2026. We offer competitive compensation and benefits including: Medical; Dental; Vision 401k with a match Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Company paid benefits - life; and short and long-term disability The Oncology Concierge Technician will assist pharmacists, technician leads, supervisors, and managers in daily workflow to dispense specialty prescription medications to patients or providers and other pharmacy related functions. They will ensure all assigned tasks are completed daily.
Oncology Concierge Technician Responsibilities:
Practices first call resolution to help health care providers and patients with their pharmacy needs; answering questions and requests. Phone support- Communicates with patients and physician office staff to resolve issues, coordinate medication deliveries, collect co-payments, answer questions, triage calls to appropriate departments as needed. Inbound calls should be handled using first call resolution customer service practices. Understand unique attributes and business rules specific to Manufacturer programs that participate with Concierge Services Perform duties as assigned by Sr Mgr, Ops Processes & Concierge Service specific to needs of manufacturer relationship. This could include but not limited to: verifying on label status, offering HUB enrollment opportunities, researching pending patients for updates etc. Performs activities related to the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal laws and REMS programs. Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations and compliance with professional practice and patient confidentiality laws. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and other duties as assigned. Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Oncology Concierge Technician Qualifications:
Education/Learning Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered Oncology Concierge Technician or as required by state law, Previous Experience in
Pharmacy Desired:
Certified Oncology Concierge Technician (PTCB), specialty pharmacy experience
Work Experience Required:
1+ years pharmacy experience
Desired:
3+ years pharmacy experience
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes, and Roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication, basic math and analytical skills, Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills.

Licenses/Certifications Required:
Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law
