Job Description

G Properties G Properties holdings in Providence represent key icons on Dorrance Street in the heart of downtown. Spanning just a few block area, three historic buildings have been phenomenally restored and repurposed a luxury apartment communities. They feature on-property dining and entertainment plus, a wide range of choices, desirable amenities, and services for its residents. Role G Properties is seeking customer service-oriented Concierges to provide residential front desk services in our luxury apartment rental properties. This role is a key representative of the properties, and primary interaction point for residents and guests. Reporting to property management, and working closely with tenants, vendors, facilities managers and operations teams, this job provides significant opportunity for exposure to property management and career growth. Responsibilities Front Desk Operations & Tenant Services. Maintain a hospitable presence at front desk for friendly and helpful tenant, guest, vendor and other visitor greeting, inquiries and requests. Manage packages and deliveries for tenants, including laundry pickup and drop-off. Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming lobby and common spaces. Greet and manage visitors per company access and security procedures. Receive and respond to first line tenant communications, including complaints, requests and issues, satisfactorily addressing tenant needs or quickly escalating to management. Effectively escalate tenant communications to management as required to provide timely and excellent tenant services and responsiveness. Monitor entrances, exits and cameras to support property security Administration - Support property manager and facilities manager in ad hoc tasks and assignments . Complete daily data entry including tenant information, maintenance requests, payments, etc. Monitor cleanliness of lobby and common areas, providing follow-up to janitorial staff and services as necessary, and escalating issues to management when warranted . Coordinate as needed with valet services . Coordinate with restaurant tenants as needed for guest experience standards and successful execution of on-site events Provide payment reminders and follow-up for overdue residential tenants prior to collections escalation . Support colleagues and property staff in maintaining operations, cleanliness, safety and tenant satisfaction . Receive opportunities for responsibility growth and leadership from management.
