Overnight Concierge We're looking for a dependable, self-directed Overnight Concierge / Receptionist who can manage the front desk, support residents, and help maintain a safe, calm environment overnight. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours. Open Interviews Tuesday-Thursday | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Walk in and meet the team—no appointment needed. What You'll Do Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff in a professional manner Answer phones and handle basic administrative tasks Monitor building activity and ensure overnight safety/security Conduct routine walkthroughs of the community Respond appropriately to resident needs and unexpected situations Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of front desk/common areas Document key events from your shift What We're Looking For Previous receptionist, concierge, or customer service experience preferred Comfortable working overnight and independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to stay alert, organized, and responsive during quieter hours Positive attitude and patience when working with seniors Basic computer and clerical skills Physical & Work Environment Sitting for extended periods Occasional walking rounds throughout the building Light lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally) Low exposure to medical risks Pay & Schedule Starting at $14/hr Consistent weekend overnight schedule (7p-7a) Stable, predictable hours Benefits & Perks Get paid early with ZayZoon Free medical insurance option Medical, dental, vision coverage PTO + holiday pay Perfect attendance bonus (up to $100/month) Referral bonuses Growth opportunities Supportive, team-focused environment Why Charter Senior Living Our mission is simple: To Enhance the Human Spirit —for both residents and employees.
