Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, fellow employees and other guests at AnMed Health North Campus and AnMed Health Medical Center. Must be able to sit, stand and walk for up to eight hours. Assist patients in and out of vehicles, which may include the use of assistive devices. Push patients in a wheelchair to their destination.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Two years' experience in the customer service field or working with the public. Prior employment in a health care facility, hotel or other service-related industry is desirable. Must be efficient at Microsoft Word, typing documents, speaking on the phone and utilizing the email system. Must be willing to become CPR certified (training provided by the department) and administer CPR and/or use AED device if needed.
