Job Description

Answers incoming phone calls Greets visitors and family members Takes inquiries from prospects over the phone and assist with any walk-in prospects. Sorts mail and places in residents mail box Updates the activity board Sells and records mail tickets to guest Operates small store Any other duties that is requested by a manager Proper dress Good manners Proper English Computer literate We treat our residents with the upmost respect and expect the same from the person holding this position. Weekend concierge is an every other weekend job. The hours are from 10:00 am - 4:00pm Saturday and Sunday. You may be asked to cover for the concierge on the opposite shift if he or she needs the day off.
