Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Rehab Director to lead our corporate rehabilitation initiatives, driving innovative recovery programs that enhance employee well-being and organizational resilience. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive rehabilitation strategies tailored to support injured or recovering employees. Your leadership will foster a culture of health, safety, and proactive recovery, ensuring our organization remains a leader in employee care and operational excellence. To ensure facilities have rehab directors and other staff as needed as well as oversee the directors Duties Develop and execute corporate rehabilitation policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Lead multidisciplinary teams including medical professionals, HR, and safety personnel to coordinate effective recovery plans. To ensure facilities have rehab directors and other staff as needed as well as oversee the directors Oversee the assessment of employee rehabilitation needs and design personalized recovery programs that facilitate timely return-to-work processes. Monitor program outcomes, analyze data trends, and continuously improve rehabilitation strategies for optimal results. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to workplace health and safety regulations. Provide expert guidance on injury prevention initiatives and ergonomic improvements to reduce workplace incidents. Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and external specialists to support seamless rehabilitation services. Experience Proven experience in corporate health management, occupational therapy, or rehabilitation leadership roles. Demonstrated success in designing and managing large-scale employee recovery programs within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws, disability management, and relevant regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence organizational change. Exceptional communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels and delivering clear program updates. Familiarity with data analysis tools to track program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Certifications such as Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN), or equivalent are highly desirable.
