Our organization is looking for a Concierge to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The Concierge will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the hotel and local area, making reservations, and responding to any inquiries or requests. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel. Provide guests with directions and local attractions. Answer guest inquiries about the hotel, its services, and local attractions. Assist guests with any requests or problems they may have. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Be knowledgeable about the hotel's services and amenities. Be able to handle difficult customers in a professional manner.

Pay:

From $16.50 per hour Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Day Shift (Required)
