Greenville, SC, 29617 Position Summary Your watchful eye and protective instinct go far beyond basic. Because of you, our residents can come and go freely without worry. Your dedication to safety provides the residents with a sense of security they should feel in their own home. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performs operational duties as assigned. Patrol all areas of the property and assist residents as needed. Assist residents in the event of a pendant pull in their apartment. Maintain a pleasant and hospitable attitude and willingness to assist residents and other team members if needed. Respond to emergencies and assist residents/employees during emergency situations. Defuse disturbances and escort individuals from the property if necessary. Work with maintenance department, after hours, to handle emergency situations. May need to assist with minor maintenance issues - TV remotes, clogged toilets, fire alarms, etc. Assist Fire Department and EMS vehicles in getting to resident location for emergencies. Assist concierge staff in delivering packages and other items to residents. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Educational Requirements and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Hotel or school security experience preferred. Hospitality experience is preferred.
