Full Job Description Objective:
Serves as the first point of contact for clients and guests, creating a welcoming, polished and memorable experience while setting the tone for exceptional customer service, while also being an on-site contact, will call specialist, and carry on office administrative duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the Reception Desk, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm Answer and direct incoming sales calls, insuring inquiries and calls are funneled to the appropriate team member. Maintain the overall appearance and ambiance of the showroom and follow the established showroom guidelines to ensure consistency and attention to detail. Monitor incoming emails or inquiries as needed and assist with basic client questions or appointment scheduling when applicable. Oversee showroom supply inventory, including restocking toiletries, maintaining the coffee bar, and monitoring general supply levels to ensure the space is always client-ready. Communicate any client feedback, operational needs, or showroom issues to management promptly. Organize the showroom calendar and prepare for showroom/client visits. Assist the team and management, when requested, for on-site needs, small orders for clients, site visits, DMC work, or any other administrative tasks at hand. Provide Will Call service for pick-up orders out of the Savannah Showroom.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Four year degree (Bachelors) in business, sales or marketing preferred; proven track record of success and achievement with three to five years outside sales experience (B2B and B2C) or one year CE customer facing experience. Experience will preferably be in the hospitality, managed services or advertising industries.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to author sales strategies, employee reviews and other complex correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on-one and large group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience with Sales Force and Point of Rental is a plus.
