Concierge Medical Assistant

CompleteMD Concierge Primary Care is seeking a dependable, patient-focused Medical Assistant or Nurse to join our growing concierge primary care practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful patient relationships, autonomy, and working in a high-touch, personalized care environment. Monday-Friday daytime schedule No weekends; limited after-hours phone availability only Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a concierge medical practice Position Overview This is a full-time, in-office position supporting both front and back office operations, with a strong emphasis on clinical efficiency, professionalism, and compassionate patient care. Key Responsibilities Room patients, take vitals, and assist with exams and procedures Perform phlebotomy and in-office lab collections Manage front office duties including scheduling, phone calls, and patient intake Handle back office clinical workflows and documentation Coordinate patient communication, including limited after-hours phone support as needed Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with practice standards Provide exceptional concierge-level service to patients Qualifications Medical Assistant Phlebotomy proficiency required Experience in both front and back office medical practice operations Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing practice environment If you're looking for a role where you can truly make a difference and build long-term patient relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
