As a Podium Presenter, you will be the first point of contact for resort guests, creating excitement and generating interest in our vacation ownership experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with people, and has a positive, upbeat personality.

Responsibilities:

Engage and interact with resort guests in a professional and friendly manner Present resort opportunities and promotions to qualified guests Generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team Provide excellent customer service and answer guest questions Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Meet daily and weekly performance goals

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality Sales, hospitality, customer service, or marketing experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
