Patient Concierge About Us At Davis Orthodontics, we're not just straightening teeth, we're building a community of smiles. With eight offices across Upstate South Carolina, our team is known for being friendly, fun, and completely dedicated to our patients. Families come to us because they trust our expertise and enjoy the energy and care we bring to every visit. Our Patient Concierges are the first smiling faces patients see when they walk through the door. This position will be based primarily in our Spartanburg location. The Patient Concierge will manage schedules, answer calls, and support both patients and teammates, all while delivering over-the-top service that makes every family feel cared for. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, is organized and dependable, and wants to grow their career in a supportive, upbeat environment. No orthodontic experience? No problem! We provide all the training you'll need. What You'll Do Welcome patients and families with a warm, genuine greeting that sets the tone for their visit. Go above and beyond to create wow moments and provide concierge-level service, making every visit stress-free and memorable for patients and their families. Keep our schedules running smoothly by coordinating appointments across multiple offices. Answer phones and patient questions with professionalism, patience, and a smile in your voice. Process payments and assist with the daily financial details that keep the practice moving forward. Accurately enter and manage contracts and patient records to ensure everything stays organized and up to date. Partner with our clinical and administrative teams to keep the office flowing seamlessly. Deliver customer service that not only meets expectations but reflects the fun, caring Davis Orthodontics brand. What We're Looking For A people-person who naturally connects with others and makes patients feel valued from the moment they walk in. Someone who is dependable, organized, and can keep things running smoothly even on the busiest days. The ability to engage with both children and adults in a friendly, supportive way. A detail-oriented multitasker who takes pride in accuracy while keeping a positive attitude. A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to create a seamless, enjoyable experience for patients. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or administration is a plus — but not required. We'll provide all the training you need.
