Vehicle Concierge Driver

The truth about this job: If you enjoy driving, appreciate good conversation with a work partner, and like being out on the road instead of stuck at a desk, this might be your perfect role. You're not driving a delivery truck or shuttling groups of people around. You work in pairs to pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments—so they never have to set foot in the dealership.

What You'll Actually Do:

Drive customer vehicles in pairs - one drives the customer's vehicle, the other follows in a dealership vehicle (so you can get back) Pick up vehicles from customers' homes or workplaces and bring them to our service department Return serviced vehicles to customers once work is complete Work as a team with your driving partner throughout the day Ensure every vehicle is treated with care and respect (you're handling someone's prized possession) Maintain proper documentation and follow all traffic laws Represent Ford Lincoln of Cookeville professionally in every customer interaction Enjoy being on the road instead of stuck inside all day

What This Job Is NOT:

Commercial trucking or CDL driving Package delivery or courier work Shuttling groups of customers around town High-pressure sales or service work Working alone all day

Driving customer vehicles safely and professionally Working with a partner/teammate throughout the day Being the face of our convenient Pickup & Delivery service Making customers' lives easier every single day Active, on-the-road work (not sitting at a desk)

What We're Looking For:

Must be 25+ years old (insurance requirement) Clean driving record with valid driver's license (no exceptions) Ability to pass background check and drug screening Comfortable using smartphone navigation and basic apps Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude Team player who works well with a partner Someone who takes pride in representing our dealership well Comfortable driving various vehicle types (sedans, trucks, SUVs)
