Concierge/Check-In Clerk Job Descirption Job Summary:
The Patient Concierge will be a caring, articulate and compassionate person who will receive training to complete the following tasks, or join our firm with the following traits.

Provide Outstanding Technology, Outcomes, and Care At Loden iVision Centers, our mission is to uniquely provide the most advanced vision technology and best possible care, while exceeding our patients' expectations in every way.
Responsiblities:
Serve as the first welcoming person the patient sees when walking into our practice. Anticipate needs of patients and execute patient requests in a timely manner. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Outstanding listening and public interaction skills. Maintain calm demeanor during stressful situations. Have exceptional problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Thorough knowledge of our practice, all locations, and its operations. Independent thinking which yields sound judgment in determining appropriate actions. Act as an ambassador and concierge on behalf of our practice.
Hours and Location:
This position is part-time on Mondays. Start time may vary depending on need, typically between 6:00am
  • 7:15am, and end time around 5:00pm.
This is an on-site position for our Goodlettsville, TN office. Must be able to reliably commute to work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Two plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Personal Appearance
