Job Description

Position Overview Hotel Cleo is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Concierge to serve as the face of our hotel and deliver a warm, personalized guest experience from arrival to departure. This role combines front desk operations with concierge-level service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and thoughtfully cared for. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, and passionate about hospitality, with a talent for anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome and check in guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience. Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and billing with accuracy and efficiency. Provide personalized concierge services, including dining reservations, local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and activity bookings. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver thoughtful service throughout their stay. Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, services, policies, and local attractions. Process payments, balance cash and transactions, and complete end-of-shift reporting. Uphold the highest standards of presentation, confidentiality, and guest service. Qualifications Previous experience in luxury hospitality, front desk, concierge, or guest services preferred. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), reservation platforms, and basic computer applications. Knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation options. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally assist with guest luggage when needed. Preferred Attributes Passion for delivering personalized, memorable guest experiences. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
