This lease‑up community is growing fast, and we're looking for someone who can help shape the resident experience from day one.
Office Hours:
Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Saturday:
10:00 AM•5:00
PM Sunday:
1:00 PM•5:00 PM Weekend rotation is required.
What You'll Do:
Tour apartment homes and the community with prospective residents Process rental applications with accuracy Prepare move‑in documents and support new resident onboarding Provide exceptional service to current and future residents Help drive leasing momentum during our lease‑up period Leasing experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Sales ability with a focus on closing and meeting goals Excellent verbal and written communication Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of traffic Basic proficiency with email, property management software, and CRM systems Solid problem‑solving abilities and professionalism A positive, team‑focused attitude Ascent Apartments offers a supportive environment, a strong team culture, and the chance to be part of a community you'll be proud to represent.
