PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out site-specific policies, visitor screening procedures, and security-related protocols appropriate to a healthcare location.
Monitor access to the location by greeting staff, patients, and visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations by maintaining logs, reports, and other required documentation related to security-related activities.
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions by maintaining a professional presence at the front desk and reporting concerns according to post orders and site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card/license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
