Your Team The spa team is a core part of the Bolt Farm guest experience and a meaningful contributor to both revenue and brand perception. Within Ops Co, the spa is treated as both a high-touch guest experience system and a real commercial lever inside the live-delivery side of the business. You will work closely with spa therapists, the Spa Coordinator, guest experience partners, Dreamweavers, and adjacent onsite teams to help ensure each guest journey feels seamless, restorative, and personal from start to finish. Your Role As Spa Concierge , you are one of the most important touchpoints in the spa guest journey and a direct contributor to spa revenue. You will create a polished arrival and departure experience, help guests discover the services and products that best fit their needs, and support the kind of personalized execution that makes the experience feel memorable. This is not a passive front-desk role. It is a sales-forward hospitality seat for someone who can build trust quickly, maintain premium standards, and influence guest decisions around enhancements, retail, and future visits while protecting the calm, restorative feel of the brand. Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth, polish, and confidence while setting the tone for a premium spa experience Guide guests through the full spa journey, including arrival, transitions, post-treatment hospitality, and departure Provide white-glove transport to and from spa appointments by golf cart or other approved guest transport vehicle Drive retail, upgrade, and enhancement sales through thoughtful, personalized recommendations Support rebooking and return-visit conversations in a way that feels natural and experience-led Maintain treatment rooms, beverage stations, common areas, and guest amenities to brand standards Partner closely with therapists and onsite teams to ensure smooth flow, timely transitions, and consistent execution Execute celebration and personalization moments that make the experience feel memorable and intentional Resolve guest concerns with empathy, urgency, and ownership Support opening and closing responsibilities, including reset, restocking, cleanliness checks, and issue logging Minimum Requirements 2+ years of experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality, spa, wellness, luxury retail, boutique fitness, or another high-touch service environment Demonstrated experience recommending, upselling, or selling products, services, memberships, upgrades, or add-ons in a customer-facing setting Experience working in an environment with elevated service standards and premium guest expectations Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and comfort operating golf carts and/or guest transport vehicles Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, Tennessee, including weekends, holidays, and peak-demand shifts Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Nice to Have Experience in a spa, wellness, resort, or luxury hospitality setting Experience with retail product sales or service-based sales goals Experience using booking, POS, or guest management systems such as Trybe or similar tools Experience supporting food and beverage presentation in a hospitality environment Familiarity with guest recovery or service recovery in premium experience settings
