Grocery Pickup & Pantry Restocking Support Project Description:

Assist a senior client with weekly grocery pickup using curbside service. Groceries were unpacked and the pantry and refrigerator were organized so food was easy to reach and properly stored. This helped the client maintain independence and reduced the stress of shopping. 2.

Mail & Bill Organization Assistance Project Description:

Help a client sort and organize several weeks of mail and paperwork. Important bills and documents were separated and placed in a simple filing system to make future payments and record keeping easier. 3.

Prescription Pickup & Wellness Check Visit Project Description:

Provide prescription pickup from a local pharmacy and delivered medications safely to the client's home. During the visit, friendly conversation and a wellness check were provided to ensure the client felt supported and not isolated. 4. Technology Help for

Seniors Project Description:

Assist a client with setting up their smartphone and television. Walked them through basic phone functions, adjusting settings, and using video calls to connect with family members. 5.

Weekly Companion Visit & Home Support Project Description:

Provide weekly visits for companionship, light organizing, and help with small household tasks. These visits helped the client stay socially connected and maintain a comfortable home environment. 6 Personal Care (Bathing): Includes assistance with bathing, showering, sponge baths, dressing, grooming, and toileting. 7.

Meal Preparation:

Includes planning meals, cooking, and preparing food, as well as feeding assistance Appointment reminders & light scheduling assistance General Errand Running ( mail drops , package returns , visit to mall, hospital appointments ) 10 . Mail drops-offs& package returns Requirements Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative professional with strong organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to interact warmly with clients and team members alike Prior experience supporting seniors or caregiving roles is highly desirable; compassionate attitude essential.

Pay:

Up to $16.00 per hour
