ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual to join our team as a Resident Services Coordinator. This role serves as a primary point of contact for residents and visitors, supporting daily property operations by delivering exceptional customer service and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized community.
What You'll Do:
Provide friendly, professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and contractors Assist with resident amenities, including parking access, move-ins/move-outs, and vendor coordination Support concierge operations, including deliveries and break coverage Enter and track work orders accurately and in a timely manner Issue and manage access cards and credentials Help maintain the appearance and organization of the lobby, front drive, and parking areas Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette Perform additional duties as needed to support resident satisfaction and property operations Requirements What You Need to
Succeed:
