Who We Are White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country's best cities to live. We know that the hospitality business, like life, is about how you make people feel. As a Spa Curator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless, relaxing spa experience from booking through check-out.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Provide guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and other spa policies. Utilize spa computers and software with skill and proficiency. Answer the phone promptly and operate the phone system accurately and efficiently. Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, retail products, and available programs, promotions, or discounts. Accurately reserve, change, and cancel spa appointments. Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment processes are handled in accordance with company policy. Maintain an accurate count of retail inventory. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Past customer service experience, preferably in a spa environment. Previous cash handling experience. Minimum of one year of employment within a hospitality-oriented environment. Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing. Ability to stand for extended periods (7-8 hours) and push or pull up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
