POSITION OVERVIEW
Miramont Country Club is seeking professional, attentive and service-oriented Concierges to join our Clubhouse team. concierges are responsible for serving as the welcoming face of the Club, managing reservations and guest services, supporting daily operations and delivering exceptional member and guest experiences while representing the Club with professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Warmly greet members and guests upon arrival and departure. Answer phone calls, relay messages and provide information about Club services and events. Manage dining and guest room reservations with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure guest room readiness and smooth check-ins/outs. Process guest room charges and assist with billing and night audit procedures. Handle member requests, packages and correspondence promptly and professionally. Monitor Club traffic and report safety concerns or unusual activity. Maintain lost and found records and manage incoming mail and deliveries. Support Club leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure seamless operations. Maintain a clean, organized and member-ready front desk area. Participate in staff meetings, trainings and Club initiatives.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand, walk, sit and bend throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. Ability to use hands to handle paperwork, files and office equipment. Ability to work in indoor and occasional outdoor conditions. Ability to meet vision and physical demands required for front desk duties.
