The Impact You'll Make As the first point of contact for members and guests, you are the face of our club. Your warm greeting, attention to detail, and commitment to controlled entry will set the tone for their entire visit. You'll ensure that only authorized individuals enter the property, while making every interaction feel personal and professional with a hospitality attitude. What You'll Do Greet members, guests, and vendors with a friendly, professional demeanor. Verify credentials, membership, or guest lists before granting entry. Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports. Monitor entry and exit points to ensure the safety and security of the club. Communicate promptly with management regarding any concerns. Provide directions, event information, or assistance to guests as needed. Uphold club policies while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Bring Previous experience in security or gat control preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming personality. Ability to remain calm and professional in all situations. Attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
