Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Concierge to join our team on weekends. This vital role ensures a welcoming, organized, and efficient front desk environment, providing exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and highly organized, with a passion for creating positive first impressions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer support skills while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with professionalism. Handle all front desk clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining visitor logs. Utilize computer skills to update schedules, manage calendars, and support office operations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. Assist with office management tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the reception area, and supporting administrative functions. Provide customer support by answering inquiries accurately and courteously while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for basic bookkeeping and record keeping. Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and administrative tools such as calendar management software. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy. Experience in personal assistant roles or office management is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
