Why This Role Matters As a Membership Experience Specialist, you are more than a front desk coordinator.

You are:

The first impression of our brand The energy of the facility The connector between clients and clinicians The person responsible for keeping operations flowing smoothly A guide who helps clients understand the value of recovery and membership This role combines customer experience, organization, communication, operations, and sales into one dynamic position. What You'll Do Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional, high-energy manner Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries promptly Maintain front desk systems, organization, and operational processes Keep clinicians and staff on schedule throughout the day Close out transactions and process payments Create a positive, welcoming, and motivating environment for both clients and team members Help guide potential clients through the customer journey and answer member questions Become an expert in PEMF and be able to communicate benefits to our members Help with general clinic responsibilities Who You Are Highly social, personable, and confident communicating with people Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Thrives in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Naturally energetic with a positive attitude Passionate about health, wellness, recovery, and helping others A strong communicator whose enthusiasm is contagious Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to grow A natural closer who is confident presenting memberships and creating value for clients A team player with leadership potential General Qualifications Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Uncompromising integrity and reliability Customer-centric mindset with genuine empathy for others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a semi-autonomous environment Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability Previous experience at the front desk, hospitality, wellness, fitness, sales, or customer service is a plus Growth Opportunity We are looking for people who want more than "just a job."
