Responsibilities include managing elevator systems, maintaining flow, assisting guests, and increasing revenue opportunities through upselling. The role also involves maintaining operational systems and providing support to all guests.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as a friendly, professional representative of Reunion Tower and Dallas. Handle ticket sales, POS systems, and cash reconciliation efficiently. Manage elevator flow, answer guest questions, and promote GeO-Deck activities. Upsell ticket packages and ensure accurate service recovery. Ensure operational standards are met, and maintain orderly cashier areas. Adhere to grooming standards, maintain professionalism in all interactions. Perform additional tasks as required by management.
Qualification Standards:
Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and events. High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred). Ability to multitask and stay friendly under pressure. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Competence in basic math and POS systems. Team player with strong decision-making and initiative.
Experience:
Minimum one year in sales or customer service (attraction or hospitality experience preferred). Proven cash handling and credit card transaction experience. Ability to resolve guest concerns effectively.
Core Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Expertise in guest service, communication, and critical thinking. Ability to adjust actions based on social perceptions and manage time efficiently. Creativity in finding solutions for guest satisfaction.

Standing, walking, lifting (up to 20 lbs).

Dexterity and repetitive motions.

Clear communication and attention to detail.
Environmental Conditions:
Indoor work with potential temperature variations.
Licenses or Certificates:
