About the Role We are seeking a professional and service-driven Lead Concierge to support daily Resident Services operations within a luxury residential community. This highly visible role serves as the face of the property, creating exceptional experiences for residents, guests, vendors, and team members through personalized service, professionalism, and attention to detail. The Lead Concierge provides leadership and guidance to the concierge team while ensuring front desk operations, resident services, and building procedures are executed consistently. The ideal candidate is a hospitality-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating memorable resident experiences, and can confidently support both daily operations and team performance. What You'll Do Resident & Guest Experience Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors while delivering exceptional customer service. Create a welcoming, professional, and secure lobby experience. Manage resident requests, deliveries, packages, guest registrations, and amenity reservations. Address resident concerns professionally and escalate matters to management when needed. Team Leadership & Operations Serve as a resource and support for the Concierge team, promoting consistency and service excellence. Assist with training, coaching, and mentoring team members. Help maintain front desk procedures, service standards, and operational expectations. Support scheduling needs, shift coverage, and communication of staffing updates. Provide backup coverage during operational needs, emergencies, or staffing shortages. Building Operations & Compliance Maintain strong knowledge of building rules, policies, procedures, and resident guidelines. Assist residents, guests, and vendors with understanding and following building requirements. Support move-in/move-out procedures, contractor access, and construction guidelines. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, resident records, and operational documentation. Resident Engagement & Administrative Support Assist with planning and coordinating resident events, amenities, and community activities. Partner with management and other departments, including maintenance, housekeeping, valet, and security. Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with operational projects and administrative tasks. What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in concierge, hospitality, hotel, luxury residential, front desk, or customer service environments. Previous leadership, lead, trainer, or team support experience strongly preferred. Experience in luxury condominiums, HOA communities, country clubs, or high-end hospitality environments is a plus. Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently enforce policies while maintaining a professional and resident-focused approach. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, building management software, visitor systems, or similar platforms preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information professionally. Schedule & Availability This role requires flexibility to support property operations, including evenings, weekends, holidays, special events, and emergencies as needed.
