Full Job Description Dallas, TX Pay:
$15

50 per hour depending on experience and position Immediate Interviews Available America's Hospitality Group is hiring Concierge, Lead Concierge, and Seasonal Pool Concierge team members for luxury residential communities throughout Dallas. We currently support 8 premier residential properties and are looking for professional, dependable individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Full-Time, Part-Time, Lead, Weekend, and Seasonal opportunities available.
Available Shifts:
7:00 AM
  • 3:00 PM 3:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM 11:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM Pool Concierge and amenity schedules may vary based on property needs and seasonality.
Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, and vendors Provide exceptional customer service Manage visitor access and resident requests Receive packages and deliveries Maintain logs and reports Communicate with residents and property management Support resident events and amenities Help create a welcoming and professional environment Preferred Experience Concierge Lead Concierge Front Desk Guest Services Resident Services Hospitality Hotel Front Desk Luxury Residential Apartment Communities Customer Service Pool Concierge Amenity Attendant Valet Experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
