Overview Freestone Lake & Golf Club is seeking dedicated, service-oriented individuals to join our Outside Services team at our premier private golf facility. The Outside Services team plays a critical role in the overall member and guest experience. This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process, maintaining the highest standards of presentation across all practice and staging areas, and supporting the daily pace and flow of play. Ideal candidates are polished, dependable, and take pride in providing elevated service in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and the ability to anticipate member needs are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Experience Required Prior experience in a golf operation, hospitality environment, or private club setting preferred Strong understanding of customer service principles, with a focus on delivering a high-end member experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members and guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Professional appearance and demeanor at all times Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive service Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical tasks throughout the shift Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Essential Responsibilities Deliver a welcoming and professional arrival experience for all members and guests, including greeting, bag handling, and staging Manage the setup, cleanliness, and presentation of golf carts to club standards prior to each round Maintain organization and appearance of the bag drop, cart staging area, and practice facilities at all times Provide attentive support throughout the day to ensure an efficient pace of play and smooth operation of tee times Anticipate member and guest needs, offering proactive service to enhance the overall golf experience Assist with practice facility operations, including range setup, replenishment, and ongoing maintenance Coordinate effectively with golf shop staff and fellow team members to ensure seamless daily operations Clean, store, and properly care for member and guest equipment with a high level of attention to detail Uphold all club policies, service standards, and safety procedures Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the club at all times Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15-$20 per hour, based on experience and availability Flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time positions available Complimentary shift meal provided for full-time team members Club-issued uniforms to maintain a professional appearance Employee merchandise discounts within the golf shop Potential playing privileges Opportunity to be part of a newly developed, high-end private club environment Hands-on experience in a fast-paced golf operation with exposure to daily club operations Clear opportunities for growth and advancement within the golf and hospitality industry
